xista science park, a cooperation between ecoplus and ISTA, provides state of the art lab and office infrastructure, customizable to the needs of university spin-offs, deep tech startups, and R&D companies. It acts as a bridge between the fundamental research carried out at ISTA, and the businesses and industry of the entire region and beyond.

Located in the heart of europe

xista science park is located just a 30 minutes drive away from the center of Vienna, Austria’s capital. From here, most European cities are within a 2.5 hour flight distance. ISTA’s own shuttle bus service connects xista science park and the city’s underground station “Heiligenstadt” in 22 minutes. The vicinity to ISTA’s campus makes xista science park an ideal place for R&D companies and deep tech startups with an international background and distributed teams.

The technology and research center xista science park is an initiative by ecoplus and ISTA. ecoplus is the Business Agency of Lower Austria, operating 16 business parks, and supporting companies through networking, location search and in export and expat & relocation service.
